Our Practice Areas

Our committed team understands the importance of your case or legal matter. With experience in a wide array of practice areas, Feist Flanagan Law will handle your legal issues with care and professionalism. Contact us today or read more below regarding our areas of practice.

Real Estate Law

We manage a high-tempo real estate practice and can assist you with everything from writing your contract to closing your deal.  We also help with real estate refinancing, construction mortgages, and interests in property.

Agricultural Law and Farm Property

We handle agricultural real estate, refinancing, equipment security, and home quarter protection issues.  With a farm background and commitment to the agricultural community, we understand issues important to farmers and the ag community.

Wills and Estates

From planning your estate with wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, joint tenancies, and trusts; to dealing with the estate of a loved one after they pass on; or to handling estate litigation, we provide full service work on estate planning and testamentary matters.

Family Law

We can assist with all aspects of separation and divorce, including family property division, child and spousal support, custody and access, the family home, and obtaining orders to ensure spousal or child safety.

Corporate Law

Starting up a corporation or business?  We can assist with incorporation or partnership documents.  Dealing with contracts, sale of business, litigation, or other corporate concerns?  We provide across the board services to Saskatchewan businesses.

Child Protection Law

We have extensive experience acting for and managing Court processes for child protection agencies, and offer consultation for governments, First Nations, and other law offices. Due to conflict risk, we do not normally take on child protection matters for non-agency clients, or family law with a child protection component, but can refer those matters accordingly.

Criminal Law

Our lawyers have conducted successful criminal defence actions in the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, and Court of Appeal. Therein, we handle out-of-court resolutions, trials, appeals, and  sentencings.

Litigation

Our lawyers have been successful in actions in the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, and Federal Court.  We handle contractual, personal injury, nuisance, defamation, injunctive relief, and other lawsuits to serve your legal needs.

Employment Law

We have acted on numerous employment matters to ensure employees and employers know their respective rights, both within employment contracts and after employment has broken down.

Other Areas

If there is an area of the law we have not covered, please contact us - while our major practice areas are noted, we have taken on other areas and if we do not handle something specific, we are happy to refer you out to a practitioner with knowledge of your needs!
